LimeLight, like Akamai and EdgeCast, runs its own network with many resellers.
I'm just going to make this up, but I doubt you can get LimeLight video for less than $0.16 per Gb (if you are a reseller under contract) without a huge annual contract and commit. Limelight never does anything under one year with a contract.
Same as Akamai: massive upfront commitment.
To do 1Tb of video streaming, you would pay $1500 at Limelight, $90 at ScaleEngine.
