You know how every marketing page tells you that it makes things "easy"? If it's so easy, how come I need you guys then? You're probably making it easy to take my money, not let me get what I need. I just have to say this. 


We don't make things easy, we make them work.
Look, this stuff isn't easy. If it was, everyone would do it and we wouldn't be here.

Saying it's easy doesn't make it so. It sure doesn't make it work, and it sure doesn't get you the support and communication that comes from having knowledgeable video streamers at your disposal. This is another reason why we don't send automated email replies. You already get those, and know that they don't mean anything. The important thing is that you get a reply from a real guy.
